Discovery Sessions

Instructor: Merve Kocabeyler

#Backstage

Guest Artist: Nil Kocamangil

An intimate conversation with Nil Kocamangil, one of Turkey's brightest cellists, about her education and musical journey in Europe. It's not easy for young artist candidates to make big decisions that will shape their future. Even a single sentence from experienced artists who have been through the same paths before can make a big difference. In this interactive session, all participants have the opportunity to ask questions.

Speaker & Writer: Banu Tozluyurt

"Touch My Dream" When you look at successful people, "success" was not handed to anyone on a silver platter, but it is their approach to failure that makes a difference. "Touch My Dream" is an interactive workshop created by Banu Tozluyurt to reveal the emotional capital that will shape our future and provide the necessary skills for resilience.

In the second half of the workshop, Banu Tozluyurt and Merve Kocabeyler present a discussion on competitions, education, and career overseas, open to all listeners.

Fizyoterapist: Zeynep Şağban

An applied presentation session with physiotherapist Zeynep Şağban to learn what we need to pay attention to in order to explore our bodies, work efficiently on the harp, and have a healthy posture in the long run.

#Mindshift

There are some topics that every musician frequently encounters and seeks solutions for. In these short group lessons sprinkled throughout the program, we break the prejudice that only experience can teach topics not included in the curriculum. "Mindset" are knowledge sharing sessions that will progress on the following topics every day during the program.

Creating Daily Practice Routine
Warm-up Exercises and Technical Studies
Competition Preparations, Mental Training
Concert Preparations, Nutrition, Being Comfortable on Stage
