Born in Istanbul, she graduated from Istek Foundation Private High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She also received Social Media and Marketing training at George Brown College in Canada. She started her career by drilling buttons that came out with closed holes at a button factory in their neighborhood during middle school. She continued her career by teaching in high schools and universities, perhaps influenced by her mother being an educator. She continued her education in System Approach, Learning Organizations, and Team Learning Laboratory studies with Peter Senge between 1996 and 1999. Between 2000 and 2004, she worked as an education manager at Turkey's leading mobile telecommunications company and national bank. Since 2008, she has been giving presentations as a keynote speaker on Personal Development, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Relationship Development, Innovation, Teamwork, Call Center and other topics at her own education company.  

Kadının Adı Var platformu kurucularındandır. Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği üzerine hazırladığı Bir Eşitlik Ütopyası adlı müzikli seminerin konuşmacısıdır. Birlikte Geleceğiz Sürdürülebilir Destek Projesi kapsamında çocukların ve kadınların kültürel, sosyal gelişimine destek veren program yaratıcısı olarak Türkiye’nin ihtiyaçlı bölgelerine giderek çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Kanada’nın Türkçe yayın yapan tek kanalında, İngilizce alt yazılı olarak yayınlanmış “Göçmen Kadın Günlüğü” adlı belgeselin metin yazarıdır.

 She has several books including "Signature Girl", "Signature Wife", "Signature Me", "Something Happened to a Friend" compiled under the narrative genre "Mulberry Tree" novel and "When It Was Hard to Leave or Stay" published in 2020. Her 8th book, "Women Creating Their Own Footprints", will be released in October 2022. She is one of Turkey's first bloggers. She is married and has a daughter, a cat, and a dog.
